Sorry, was not following the list for a few days. An EEA sizer is an "end to end anastomosis" sizer. They're used by general surgeons to decide what size of automated EEA stapler/suturer to use after a sigmoid resection. It's placed per ano.

However, go to your OR and ask to take a look at them. Basically they're big metal eggs on the end of a metal stick, perfect for tenting up the vaginal cuff smoothly.(Make sure you ask for the sizers not the EEA itself. I don't do those but the sizers are really handy.)
