1. The Ace Harmonic works well, as does the Gyrus bipolar needle. These are my two favorites for cutting across the cervix. 2. I usually do not suture the stump. Hemostasis with cautery, and then cover with Interceed 3. Morcellation. The only way to go. 4. I find it best to do it like an intrafascial hysterectomy. Stay well above and then inside the uterine arteries as they enter the uterus.
