Yes - diagnoses for "inductions" include "prodromal or latent phase" - all fresh from the shower and smiling.. scheduled for "augmentation..

On the 40+1 or 40 1/7 meaning 40 or 41 - reminds me of the "start of the new millennium" - 2000 or 2001...!!
