Without seeing the patient - this seems like something I use Estrace (17Betaestradiol cream) for. I start with a pea to lima bean size dab that she massages in 1-2 times dailly for 2 weeks then taper slowly to 1-3 doses per week. See her back in 3-5 weeks or whatever your pleasure. sounds like plain old hypo-estrogen atrophy. Joanne

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
