With all due respect, Gail, he is right. This is getting out of hand, repets itself enourmously,a and while I thik it is fun to follow your flamebait, some of us don't want to.

This is a list for Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and he is the elder statesman. It doesn't matter how trivial we find anything, there are more appropriate lists for you to peddle your stuff.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
