I´m afraid that we more and more become victims of a legal system and one think the better is go back to the age stone. When the science promotes the development is to live better. Medical assistance too. C/S save a lot of lives. Dcs are good person. I use to say this: there was a big room and we could not take of all. We let someone help us with the mouth (dentist), with the brain (psychologist), with the pregnancy (midwife) and now we are facing the risk to have no room to take care. Docs go back to yours clients, take care of them, and don´t let others do what we should do! The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
