Betsy, You mention that BhCG, PAPP-A, and Nuchal is more accurate than the Quad Test, but you forget to mention that the most accurate, safest and lowest screen positive rate is found when you do The Integrated Test. This tests allows for the first trimester result be issued to the patient and then a final report is issued at around 15-16 weeks gestation. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
