I have had 3 patients who ruptured membranes under 20 weeks, who have gone on to have term deliveries of normal babies. They all kept leaking for the whole time. The number who have not gone on to delivery is MUCH MUCH greater. Close to 100, but I don't know for sure. None of these 3 had babies with pulmonary hypoplasia or arthrogrypposis. I think Cheryl Majors at UC Davis published quite a bit on this in the late 80's or early 90's. Dan

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
