Efficacy of MRI and mammography for breast-cāncer screening in women with a familial or genetic predisposition. N Engl J Med. 2004;351:427-437.) There is also an article review on breast cancer screening (can't remember the ref) but they say that MRI is not for screening, it is for diagnosis in cases of high risk for breast cancer, or when mammography is not sufficient. Besides, the MRI has a lower sensitivity when compared to mammography, And worst, 402 additional procedures and 207 aditional biopsies were performed in a series of patients with abnormal MRI, when only 24 and 7 were respectively performed with mammography.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
