Joe thanks for input. I am open to criticism and how others would handle situations such as this. i would rather hear it from my peers than from the Plantiff's counsel. I really was hoping to deliver her from below. If she had been progressing and the baby was stable, I would have allowed labor even if it took 6-8 hours etc. I was concerned about the time in transit for the CAT scan of mom and intermittent fetal monitoring at best during those 20 minutes to radiology and back. andy

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
