That's why I still use "prophylactic MgS04" in mild preeclampsia although I know that the Grand Master Guru and Capo di tutti capi (and I say that in the good sense) Dr. Sibai states that the benefit-to-risk ratio of MgS04 prophylaxis in mild preeclampsia remains uncertain, and does not justify its routine use for that purpose...
