I have had similar problems. Try 5cc sylociane with epi and 100mg solumedorl. Mix together and uinject half in each side at insertion site down to peritoneum. If pain persists it may be intrapment of ilioinguinal nerve running into the groin??. Next step inject and incise or posp the sutures in the office. andy
