Agree w/ Dan. The war is against anaerobes and Clostridia, with septic shock lurking at the door. In dire advanced morbidity, hyperbaric oxygenation has even been used in the 1960s. Sam is also rich with live experience from that era. Problem is he doesn't have any gray hair left. Heparin makes sense to me, depending on morbidity. Zach --

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
