No evidence of HELLP syndrome form labs. She is going to deteriorate over the next two weeks. Keep in hospital until sectioned. Ideally deliver after 34 weeks but not beyond 36 weeks. Doppler studies on babies twice a week. andy Garry: My thoughts: 1) Pre-eclampsia until proven otherwise. 2) Continue monitoring in hospital 3) Nothing good hapeens to twin pregnancies after 32 weeks Robert Modugno MD MBA FACOG Marietta, GA

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
