Re: OB: Preeclampsia?From: Garry E. Siegel, M.D. (garrys@mindspring.com)Tue Sep 27 22:20:34 2005
Thanks for the input. Dopplers normal, BPs 150/80 max. She has had persistant RUQ pain/indigestion, and my clincial suspicion was that it wasn't gallstones (no inflammation or wall thickening on scan). At around 36 hours after the initial steroid dose, her SGOT crept just past the upper limit of normal, i.e. 32 (normal less than 30). What's next? She will turn 31w0d the AM she has been 48 hours, and has breech/transverve twins. Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
