SLEH has the main generators on the 4th floor of the Cooley Bldg. If those go under
water, then the rest of Houston has been returned to the ancient Great Mississippi
Ocean. Heap! HH got smart and has above ground generators. So does Ben Taub
since bldg constructed in 1988.
