Re: :elvic AP Surgery- questionFrom: ainsron (ainsron@sbcglobal.net)Mon Sep 19 20:44:46 2005
There was a good article in the December Green Journal on grafts in posterior repairs. The author suggested that they are probably better than the classical way we've done posterior repairs, when combined with site specific repairs. He also felt that there is much lacking in the literature. Ronald E. What is everyone doing or using? I am leaning more and more toward polypropylene mesh (BARD) and use of 2-0 Nylon to secure it in place. andrew

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
