Thanks, Art. So ... if it is late secretory then 1.2 or 1.4 is probably "OK" and biopsy should be based on that PLUS the rest of clinical judgement, eh? It ain't all "EBM"! There is still rooom for that old "trust yourinstincts." :>) JEB

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
