Anna, In Thailand, Indonesia, India, Ruanda, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, ordinary people (and by saying ordinary people, I am obviously inccluding Mayors, Governors) pull together and support each other in times of disaster, without looting, shooting at helicopters, mugging other victims, whining how bad their privileged victims have it or threatening people with differing opinions with assault. It's just my opinion and I could be wrong, but I really think it's one of the things that are obvious. And Anna, I'm really becoming concerned that your incredible insensitivity could be a sign of serious problems we are unaware of. Take care of yourself, get some rest. greetings, el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
