At 18 weeks, with bleeding, this is a threatened AB. Not sure what the purpose of the antibiotics/Indocin/Bed rest will accomplish. Would not be in favor of the cerclage. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
