Wow, that's a very nicely done case presentation. Very well done.

I don't think that too many of us will have anything more than personal opinion to give to you. So, for what's worth, here's mine. I think that I would be hesitant to proceed with any kind of surgical correction. At this late date, and after a recent infection, I'd be concerned that further intervention would merely by placing the patient and uterus at risk.

I would be concerned about future pregnancies. Would want an early u/ s to check implantation. I personally, would be hesitant to have a trial of labor. Just my hunch on all of the above.
