Agree with Jerome. Follow with every two week assessments of the middle cerebral artery velocity would be best choice. Incidence of fetal anemia is low with "c", but none-the-less reported. Lynn

I have a an early pregnancy patient with an anti-c antibody titer 1:64 found incidentally on her prenatal screen. I know that there is a shift in following some antibody sensitized pregnancies with Doppler. Would this apply to anti c at this low titer or any other suggestions?
