Yeah, try to tell them I'm right and they're wrong. The last time we had a low-risk pt. with no results on the chart, they pulled the resident aside and had him give an order for Pcn before he even called me to present the patient. I found out about it and cancelled the order, so they called the head of the department at home, on a SUNDAY, when he WASN'T ON CALL, to rat on me. Bless his heart, he set them straight, but they're still determined to get pcn to everyone they can, even after that.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
