Technically if the pregnancy is in the other uterus it wouldn't be a VBAC, I guess. Are you sure it is definitely in the other uterus? If she's keen on vaginal delivery I'd be happy to give it a go unless malpresentation again. Question is, would you give prostin if you needed to induce her and would you give synt to augment. Couldn't see a problem with that but have to advise her that the risks are unknown but probably small
