5 hour GTT

I have an OB patient I'm pretty sure has reactive hypoglycemia. Government assist so I cannot get her into an endocrinologist. I want to get a 5 hour GTT but need to giver her a high carb diet, on that she can follow stepwise. Anyone have one in their possession?
