Interesting. When my husband I discussed with our attorney an issue having to do with people coming on our property to fish he said that natural bodies of water are generally not considered "attractive nuisances." He said that in most cases only man-made objects, like swimming pools or abandoned cars, are designated that way.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
