The best ones I have sitting around are plastic ones from Prenate (Sanofi pharmaceuticals) and Mirena (Berlex). I like the Berlex one best. Unfortunately, neither one is small enough to put in my shirt pocket, I keep them in the rooms and in my office. Ronald E. For years, various companies have made plastic ones (Ritodrine had great ones) out of plastic, 3.5 inches in diameter, that would easily fit in my shirt pocket and hold up well. After Ritodrine, Ortho made them, but I had to cut them off of a rectangular piece of plastic to make a round wheel. Now, my last one has finally worn out (cracked) and all I can find are larger ones, or a metal Ortho-Tricyclen one which is the right size but heavy. Has anyone seen plastic ones? I have a cardboard one for a promo we give to paitents, but it is pretty flimsy. Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
