Does anyone have any experience with pregnancy following sjs? I saw a 36 year old woman, P2, who 7/12 ago had a severe case of sjs, thought to be due to use os NSAIDS and still has ocular lesions and severe vaginal discomfort + marked erythema of cervix and upper vagina. She was asking about the possibility/advisability of contemplating a further pregnancy, being concerned about the effects of sjs on pregnancy and pregnancy on sjs. I have never seen active sjs in pregnancy and the most recent article i could find in pub med was 1988. Any thoughts?
