I feel for you and your wife and how frustrating this must be.

Obviously, this is far from an exact science.

Sometimes, too many cooks spoil the broth, too!

Something seems a bit amiss, as you've noted.

An amnio is easy and safe and may give you data that will help clarify things. Go ahead and do it.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
