Anna I know you are not -- I never thought that way. I may have very different political beliefs than you - but that does not mean I think you are evil! :) There are evil liberals and evil conservatives -- but most of each are not evil! My thought on most things that are "evil" -- is that they are the result of major intolerances. One amazing things about humans is how we can each have very deep religious / faith based ethics -- frequently in the came denomination etc - and come to very different conclusions. Just like in medicine - I always tell folks that additional opinions are fine because we each review the same data but put it together in different ways.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
