Namibia has a diverse population and among the largest divide between the have and have nots. The German speaking population has consistently a high standard of living as reunified Germany. And, as I said these figures are models, not actual statistics, indigent population rates might be well over 100. In Kavango it might actually approach A/A.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
