Re: VBAC after previous rupture ??From: Henry Gregor (henrygregor@yahoo.com)Tue May 31 16:00:21 2005
This is great satire...come clean, who's writing this missive? Oh, BTW, please respond before tomorrow, as I have a meeting explaining nuclear fusion and commercial energy production to a group of neighbors interested in a startup alternative to the local power company. I need to check an internet list to see if there are any dangers or other significant issues relative to my chosen topic. H Missie <upholder_of_birth@yahoo.com> wrote: I was wondering what the risk of vaginal birth after a previous uterine rupture or a uterine vein rupture. And would a pregnancy hold the most risk after a previos rupture. I tried searching but didn't really see anything about this. Is the treatment a hysterectomy? I am holding a meeting tomorrow about the pros and cons of VBAC and a support group for the women in my area. I just want to make sure I have all my bases covered, yk.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
