Babies do not fit very well in OP presentation due to differences in head diameter with OA. If she were a primip I would go with a c-section. hwoever in multimp with 3rd baby I would try to rotate to OA with epidural and vacuum. Placing the vacuum on the head and disengaging infant from pelvis and rotating to OA has worked well in my hands past 20 years. andrew

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
