Re: FRI Tough labor leaves lasting mark on new moms: studyFrom: Anna Meenan, MD (annam@uic.edu)Fri May 27 08:32:35 2005
Here's my kidney stone response: When you have a kidney stone it is terrible pain, but they can give you massive amounts of narcotics without any concerns about whether the kidney stone will be depressed when it is passed, and if it doesn't pass, they can blast it to bits with shock waves. Not so a baby.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
