I also had a similar patient a few years ago. 42 y/o G 8 who was an RN. She had had 3 NSVDs followed by a C/S for a placenta previa. She then had 2 VBACs followed by a twin pregnancy where the 2nd twin was delivered by C/S for fetal distress. This was followed by a delivery in a birth center after a post-date pregnancy (not our patient then).

She came to us insisting on a VBAC and was thoroughly counseled by both myself and the obstetrician I work with. She also had a fast, uneventful, spontaneous L & D.
