I don't have a problem with your choice of delivery route but I wonder, had there been a bad outcome, if your lawyer would be able to find someone with experience using Kielland's to testify on your behalf. The expert system is out of whack, partly because so many "experts" render opinions devoid of either experience or medical evidence.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
