I have seen two women here admitted to mental health facilities short term(30 days) who said similar things and ended up being dx with severe postpartum depression. Who is to advocate for this baby? I hope the statement she made was charted. I would hope that in the least a social worker or counselor was sent to dialogue with this client. Sue In a message dated 5/6/05 1:15:58 A.M. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
