Whoa, folks. There are cultural differences too - and she may not have any depressive tendencies - and may well have rested up - allowed other folks to give her a break and then nursed and done all the things we all think of as motherly.

Sometimes the mome who have had a bunch of kids appreciate the break - and don't judege everything by what has become the USA expectation or norm.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
