No, I didn't miss your point, el. I am well aware of how some folks
feel about the political correctness of bonding (and I'm not going to
debate that here), and ordinarily I want for the mother what she wants
for herself, but when what the mother wants is to barely look at her
baby and then order it away, i worry. A lot. The fact that she's
bringing up 3 others that look just like it is irrelevant, unless all
three are stable, productive adults. If they are still small children,
I'm still worried.
