I do not qualify either, but personally I do not want a free copy first of all to save forests. Secondly I do not want to increase waste and dust load of my office. But I would not object and I even would be grateful if I were offered an internet adress from which I could download the pdf file of the book freely. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
