I would have to see it to make that judgement. Have you looked at it with an US? Gartner's have a nasty habit of looking localised and then going way up in the parametrium. That is why somebody rec. Marsupialization instead of excision. You still haven't said if this is just lateral or more anterolateral. Gartner's are the latter. Dan

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
