Does anyone have on hand the survival rates for various stages of breast cancer? I have a friend of a friend that has Stage 4 treated with chemo/radiation. She now has been found to have a thickened endometrium and has had a fairly brisk period. I don't know anything about tumor markers, etc with this case. My questions are- would anyone recommend hyst/BSO? I would suggest EMB at the least. Are normal cycles riskier given the stage of breast cancer? What is the overall survival for Stage 4 breast cancer? Thanks, Glen

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
