Hi

Her LEEP of March 04 was CIN 1 with severe cervicitis ... but then the Pap at 4 months was ASCUS (neg HR HPV) and then the Pap of 3/05 was AGUS again. So the issue of R/O AdenoCIS has not been clarified.

Particulary since I have been unable to get inot the upper endocervical canal.

So I plan on seeing if I can get a probe up the canal ... do a cold knife cone around that ... then try to get into the endocervix and endometrium and see what is going on (with visualization and tissue for the path folks).

Then if benign ... or noninvasive disease... go do the straight vag hyst.

Hi Joanne, Quick question...where's Lake WannpeeSuzi?

Hank

As for where is Lake Winnipesaukee (I have to look up the spelling most every time I type or write it) ... it is a pretty big lake at the southern end of the White Mountains in NH. Go to http://www.mapquest.com and look for Wolfeboro, NH.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
