Rich Another trick if you get into trouboe is to wrap a 1" penrose drain around the uterus (ie pulll the uterus up and wrap the drain around the base of the uterus around the broad ligament and clamp it with hemostat.) It will greatly diminish the blood supply of the ovarians and uterines to the uterus and the myomas. andy

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
