A lot of the reviews are closer to 25-30 % adenca in situ or frankly invasive of both endocervix and endometrium, some of the most difficult hysts I have done have been in pts who have had extensive leepcone's in the past, some of the few cases I have had to unroof the ureter in the last ten years.
