I¹m doing some research into dense adhesion formation, specifically how long they take to form. Basically I need to determine if dense adhesions can form in less then 3-4 days post-op. I was wondering, from those of you have had to take back patients for repeat surgery, say secondary to bowel obstruction, have you notice significant, dense adhesions so soon post-op?
