I expect if the endo required a cystoscope to see, that lupron post op would be helpful. If adhesions were significant, the VH would have been converted to an abdominal procedure early on. Most often adhesions can be dealt with during the VH, unless they are extremely dense...in which case, for me, an LAVH would have been converted to an abdominal, as I don't feel comfortable doing complicated, "socked in" adhesiolysis deep in the pelvis. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
