Oh well, you tried, and a perinatologist would not have been able to save them either.

And I know interesting stuff happens in the boonies. From our outreach clinic in a town half the size of yours, we had a pt who spent a month( from 26-30 wks gestation) in the hospital with e.coli pyelo/sepsis with ARDS. She's home now and we just got her urine culture results back. She's now growing VRE.
