Good point, but try talking to some folks re the ticking financial timebomb of a drag on the economy that the asbestos litigation process represents...eyes glaze over. Meanwhile truly injured folks can't get a conclusion through a bloated and clogged tort system. So it goes.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
