Oh, indeed absolutely to be remembered and revered...I'm a guy who pays homage to John Locke, not Nickolai Lenin. But least doesn't take us to none.
There was a vacuum on the island the boys landed on in Lord of The Flies and a 'govenrment' process developed. Captain Smith formualted a little law - "somewhat different" from what Lenin might have suggested - and most historians attiribute the fledgling English settlement's success to his governmental guidance as much as to anything else. Advice which very directly addressed who gets what and who does what and for whom each primarily did what they did. (Assuming we all agree that what they "did" is what "did" does mean now...uh, smile with me here gang...might be too close to my last elixer APAP/hydrocodone dose.)
